Order Processing Times and Shipping

We process orders and ship products Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 24 hours of when they are received (M-F) and weekend/holiday orders generally ship on the next business day. When selecting an expedited shipping option, please take into consideration order processing time and allow one additional business day for processing the order. For example, if you place an order Monday afternoon and request next day delivery, the order may not be processed and shipped until Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.

For orders which only include discounted shipping items, we ship using the Ground or Economy option.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the item(s) you are ordering. If an order includes item(s) with free shipping and items for which you pay shipping, shipping costs are calculated based on the item(s) for which you pay shipping and do not include the cost of shipping the free shipping item(s).

For international orders, the receiver is responsible for all customs duties and/or fees. These fees are not covered in the shipping cost you pay when you order. The custom duties and fees vary by country and are set and regulated by each country.

Lost or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier shows the item was delivered correctly. We recommend contacting the carrier when you receive notice an item has shipped in order to schedule a delivery, receive tracking updates or request packages be held by the carrier for pick up. We will not re-ship product for lost or stolen packages unless we find sufficient evidence showing there was a mistake made either by us or the carrier. For help with lost or missing packages, please contact us by email at sales@inoar.net. We can work with the carrier to determine if proper delivery occurred and if they will reimburse the cost of any lost items. If we are able to recover the package or prove the carrier lost or mis-delivered the package, we will replace the product at no cost to the customer.
