Refunds and Returns
As has always been our policy, INOAR products are only guaranteed when purchased from authorized professional salons and professional beauty retailers. Please be aware that products purchased from unauthorized sellers may be diluted, expired, counterfeit or otherwise compromised and may not be effective or even safe to use. Unauthorized retailers may include but are not limited to: auction websites, discount outlets, or any other retailer that is not an authorized salon or professional beauty establishment.
We stand behind the products that we sell. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us via email sales@inoar.net or phone 801-850-8771. All refund and/or return requests must be pre-approved by customer service.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment which was used for the original purchase whenever possible.
Unopened and unused product may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Return requests received more than 30 days after purchase date will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on certain items. Prepaid shipping fees will be refunded at our discretion. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable. If you received an item marked as "free shipping", please understand that means we paid the cost of shipping the item to you. In most cases we will discount the cost of shipping the item to you from the refund. When returning an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we don't receive the item, we can not issue a refund.
