Refunds & Returns

We stand behind the products that we sell. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us via email sales@inoar.net or phone 801-850-8771.  All refund and/or return requests must be pre-approved by customer service.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Unopened and unused product may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Return requests received more than 30 days after purchase date will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on certain items. Prepaid shipping fees will be refunded at our discretion. 

For defective or damaged product, we may offer either a refund or replacement product. Please contact customer service at sales@inoar.net or 801-850-8771 for instructions.
