Refunds & Returns
As has always been our policy, INOAR products are only guaranteed when purchased from authorized professional salons and professional beauty retailers. Please be aware that products purchased from unauthorized sellers may be diluted, expired, counterfeit or otherwise compromised and may not be effective or even safe to use. Unauthorized retailers may include but are not limited to: auction websites, discount outlets, or any other retailer that is not an authorized salon or professional beauty establishment.
We stand behind the products that we sell. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us via email email@example.com or phone 801-850-8771. All refund and/or return requests must be pre-approved by customer service.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Unopened and unused product may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Return requests received more than 30 days after purchase date will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on certain items. Prepaid shipping fees will be refunded at our discretion.
